Shandong Sanjin Glass Machinery

Bucher Emhart Glass, a division of Bucher Industries, is taking over the remaining shares of its joint venture with Shandong Sanjin Glass Machinery Co., Ltd. in Zibo, China. The joint venture was formed in 2011 and Bucher already held a 63% stake.

Bucher Emhart Glass will acquire the remaining shares of its Chinese joint venture Shandong Sanjin Glass Machinery, which specializes in glass forming machinery. The complete takeover will be concluded over the next few months.
