Sintokogio

Endeco Omega Sinto, a South African foundry equipment company, celebrates the 10-year anniversary of its joint venture agreement signed in 2015 between Endeco and Omega Foundry Machinery (later acquired by Sintokogio). The venture continues operations in Alberton, Johannesburg.

Sintokogio, Ltd. has acquired a majority share in Omega Foundry Machinery Ltd., a UK-based manufacturer of no-bake foundry equipment. The acquired company will be renamed Omega-Sinto Foundry Machinery Ltd.
