Aberdare Cables South Africa launched a R135 million high voltage power-cable plant in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. The facility is projected to be fully operational at the end of July 2019 and will create 58 additional jobs.

Aberdare Cables will open a R135 million high-voltage power-cable plant in Port Elizabeth, expanding its manufacturing capability from 33kV to 132kV and creating 58 jobs.

Condra has won an order worth approximately R5.5 million to supply three overhead cranes for Aberdare Cables' expansion in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. The order was placed in early December 2017, with delivery by end of February 2018.
