Yokogawa acquires Norway's TechInvent2 to expand oil and gas flow assurance offering
Yokogawa Electric has acquired TechInvent2 AS, a Norwegian firm holding rights to FluidCom, a chemical injection metering valve for oil wells and pipelines. Yokogawa will target upstream and midstream oil and gas customers with it.
