Lauffer

Hefei Metalforming Intelligent Manufacturing Co. (Hefei Metalforming) received German government approval to acquire all shares of Lauffer GmbH, a 147-year-old German hydraulic press manufacturer. The acquisition was completed after the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy issued a no-objection certificate.

A smart manufacturing industry fund established by Hefei Metalforming Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of German press manufacturer Lauffer. The acquisition was announced on December 20, 2017.
