Hyster-Yale Materials Handling completed the acquisition of 75% of Zhejiang Maximal Forklift Co., Ltd. from KNSN Pipe & Pile Company Limited for $90 million. The company has been renamed Hyster-Yale Maximal Forklift (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd.

Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. completed its acquisition of 75% of the outstanding shares of Zhejiang Maximal Forklift Co., Ltd. for $90 million, renaming it Hyster-Yale Maximal Forklift (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd.

Hyster-Yale Materials Handling has agreed to acquire a 75% controlling interest in Zhejiang Maximal Forklift Company Limited from KNSN Pipe and Pile Company Limited for $90 million. The remaining 25% will be owned by Maximal senior management.
