MARTIN GmbH, a manufacturer of excavator attachments, opened a new production plant in Straß, Styria, Austria, focused on excavator buckets. The facility is expected to create 60 jobs and start operations in autumn 2025.

Martin Group, a general contractor for turnkey plants, acquired Loibl Förderanlagen, a German specialist in bulk material handling solutions. The deal represents vertical integration.

AWG Abfallwirtschaftsgesellschaft mbH Wuppertal and MARTIN GmbH signed a contract on 11 May 2021 for the replacement of boiler line 15 at the Wuppertal waste-to-energy plant. MARTIN will supply new combustion and boiler systems and an electrostatic precipitator.

Martin GmbH, a specialist in excavator attachments, is building a new 10,000 m² facility in Ludesch, Austria, for production, administration, warehouse, and training. The €14 million investment will relocate operations from Braz to Ludesch, with completion expected in summer 2020.

Martin Inc. has agreed to acquire the assets of Ameritool Inc., a wholesale distributor of industrial machinery and equipment based in Huntsville, Alabama. The acquisition supports Martin's geographic expansion strategy.
