OMB Valves acquires Vogt Valves division from Flowserve for about $28 million
OMB Valves s.p.a. signed on 5 July 2017 to acquire the Vogt Valves division from Flowserve Corporation for approximately $28 million and completed the deal on 6 July 2017, with an expected gain of about $10 million for Flowserve.
