TBS Engineering

Rosendahl Nextrom acquired 100% of TBS Engineering Inc., a world leader in battery equipment based in Gloucester, UK, from the Marmon Group. The deal makes Rosendahl Nextrom the global market leader in battery production machinery.

TBS Engineering, a UK-based lead-acid battery machinery maker, is expanding with a new purpose-built facility in Gloucestershire costing £15 million ($19.6 million). The 100,000 sq ft facility will become operational in spring 2018 and will serve as the global head office.
