Mollart Engineering

InCompass Manufactured Growth Solutions, a platform company of TJM Capital Partners, has acquired Mollart Engineering Limited, the machine tools business of Mollart. The manufacturing facility will remain in the UK in the short term.

InCompass, a platform company of TJM Capital Partners, has acquired the machinery division of Mollart Engineering, a manufacturer of deep hole drilling machine tools. Financial terms were not disclosed.

FANUC UK supported Mollart Engineering to develop an automated three-machine production cell for an automotive customer in China, designed to manufacture parts for transmission shafts for hydraulic gearboxes.

Mollart Engineering secured a $3 million contract for five Omnisprint gundrilling machines from a North American customer in the automotive sector, with one machine to be exhibited at EMO Hannover before delivery.
