ERIKS has won a major contract from Babcock International to supply electrically actuated valves and ancillary equipment for the Type 31 frigate programme in the UK, one of the largest single contracts ERIKS has received in the UK.

Rawson/Industrial Controls, an ERIKS company, announced an agreement with Emerson Industrial Automation & Controls expanding their partnership.

Armatec Group, part of Ernstromgruppen, signed an agreement to acquire all shares in Dansk Ventil Center and Valtor Offshore from Eriks BV, an industrial service provider of mechanical engineering components. The deal was reported in September 2017.
