Massman Companies announced the acquisition of privately held ADCO, a cartoner machinery maker based in Sanger, California, to expand its carton-to-pallet automation offering.

Valtek Sulamericana MENA has been awarded a contract by EPC contractor Descon Engineering to design, manufacture and test control valves for ADCO's South East Tie-in Project in the UAE. The valves will serve over 60 tie-in wells.
