SawStop

TTS Tooltechnic Systems, parent company of Festool, acquired SawStop LLC for an undisclosed amount. The deal includes all of SawStop's patents, intellectual property, products and facilities.

TTS Tooltechnic Systems, parent of Festool, acquired SawStop LLC. The deal is expected to close in July 2017, with SawStop's management continuing to operate from Oregon.
