Zhuolang Intelligent Machinery Co., Ltd

Saurer Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. completed the acquisition of the remaining 5% stake in Zhuolang Intelligent Machinery Co., Ltd. from Shanghai Yongyun Huachuang Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise (LP) for approximately CNY 720 million. The deal was signed on November 29, 2017 and completed on December 29, 2017.

Xinjiang Urban Construction (Group) Co., Ltd proposed to acquire a 95% stake in Zhuolang Intelligent Machinery Co., Ltd. for CNY 9.7 billion.
