Snap-on Incorporated

Snap-on Incorporated will invest $44 million to expand its Elizabethton, Tennessee facility, adding nearly 49,000 square feet of manufacturing space and new equipment. The expansion will create 50 new jobs.

Snap-on Incorporated acquired Norbar Torque Tools Holdings Ltd, a UK-based manufacturer of torque equipment, for £55.9 million. Norbar has annual sales of about $41 million.
