NIBE Industrier AB acquired 80% of the shares of HT S.p.A., an Italian manufacturer of heating solutions for HVAC, commercial food products, packaging and industrial applications. HT has facilities in Italy and Romania, with 2016 revenue of approximately EUR 23 million and 330 employees.
