ITEMA, an Italian textile machinery manufacturer and member of RadiciGroup, has signed an agreement to acquire 61% of shares in Lamiflex, a supplier of composite materials and industrial textile machinery.

RadiciGroup has installed new production lines at its Radici Chemiefaser plant in Selbitz, Germany, to expand its offering of products for the abrasives and industrial felt sectors, under the dorix® teck brand.

RadiciGroup, through its subsidiary Tessiture Pietro Radici, will install a new production line for spunbond fibers based on Bico Technology by the end of 2017, increasing production capacity by about 50 percent.
