Hyundai Construction Equipment will expand its Pune, India factory's annual production capacity to 10,000 units by end of 2019, up from 6,000, to meet growing demand.

Hyundai Construction Equipment has announced a deal with CNH Industrial to produce 2,200 mini-excavators. The company expects to collect 500 billion won ($449 million) by the end of 2021 from the deal.

Hyundai Construction Equipment Co. won a $20 million order to supply 36 super-large excavators (80-ton and 120-ton class) to Russia for deployment in mines.

Hyundai Heavy Industries spun off its Construction Equipment division into a new company, Hyundai Construction Equipment Co., Ltd, effective April 1, 2017.
