GKN Wheels & Structures completed a multi-million pound investment programme at its Telford plant, tripling production output. The project included a new rim line, robotic weld cells and a powder paint facility.

AURELIUS Equity Opportunities SE & Co. KGaA announced the acquisition of GKN Wheels & Structures, a manufacturer of off-highway wheels and technical solutions, from GKN. The transaction is expected to close in November 2020, pending regulatory approval.

GKN Wheels & Structures announced a program of significant investment, with over £20 million committed over the next 2 years across its seven manufacturing plants in Europe, the US and China.
