Dongfang Electric adjusted the total consideration for acquiring power equipment and other assets from its parent company China Dongfang Electric to 6.792 billion yuan, down from 6.909 billion yuan, via a supplementary agreement.

Dongfang Electric Corporation plans to acquire power equipment and other assets from its parent company, China Dongfang Electric, for a total consideration of 6.909 billion yuan, to be paid through the issuance of A-shares.
