Maxcess announced its intent to merge with RotoMetrics, combining their web handling and precision cutting die businesses under the Maxcess International name.

RotoMetrics and Electro Optic merged to form the world's leading precision rotary tooling company for the label and printing industry. The merger combines RotoMetrics' global distribution with Electro Optic's flexible die technologies.
