Protomet Corporation

Oak Ridge-based Protomet Corporation will invest $29.3 million to establish a new facility in Loudon County, Tennessee, rehabbing a 224,000-square-foot former Maremont building. The company will create 200 jobs over five years and expects the plant to be operational in the first half of 2018.
