Colas Rail

Société du Grand Paris awarded a €155 million contract to a Colas Rail (70%) and Alstom (30%) consortium for track, rigid catenary and linear equipment on Line 15 South – East sector of the Grand Paris Express, covering 17 km and 8 stations.

Bouygues Construction and Colas Rail completed the acquisition of Alpiq Intec AG and Kraftanlagen München GmbH (Alpiq Engineering Services) for an enterprise value of 850 million Swiss francs. The acquired companies employ about 7,650 people and generated sales of approximately 1.7 billion Swiss francs in 2017.

Alstom, as leader of a consortium with Colas Rail and Thales, signed a contract with Hanoi Metropolitan Railway Management Board to supply an integrated metro system for Hanoi metro line 3. Alstom's share is worth approximately EUR 190 million, with commercial operation expected by end of 2021.
