Huazhong Numerical Control (华中数控) plans to raise 857 million yuan through a private placement, with the National Manufacturing Transformation Fund (国家制造业转型升级基金) as one of the investors. The funds will be used for high-end CNC system technology upgrades, capacity expansion, and infrared product industrialization.

Huazhong Numerical Control plans to acquire 100% of Jiangsu Jinming, an industrial robot and glass machinery company, for 28 million yuan (approx. $2.8 million) via shares and cash.
