AQM Copper Inc.

Teck Resources Limited has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire all outstanding shares of AQM Copper Inc. for CAD$0.23 per share, totaling approximately CAD$25 million to AQM security holders (CAD$35 million total equity value). AQM's main asset is a 30% indirect interest in the Zafranal copper-gold project in Peru.
