Shanghai Alstom Transport Electrical Equipment Co. Ltd.

Alstom will supply its OptONIX traction system for 402 metro cars for Xi'an Metro in China. The contract is valued at about $47 million.

Alstom has been awarded a contract worth 31 million euros to supply traction systems and train control monitoring systems for 156 metro cars on Shanghai metro line 10 phase 2. The line is expected to start revenue service in 2018.
