Watsco's Carrier Enterprise acquires 35% of Russell Sigler HVAC distributor
Carrier Enterprise, a Watsco-Carrier joint venture, acquired a 35% ownership stake in Russell Sigler, Inc., a western U.S. HVAC distributor with about $650 million in annual sales, for approximately $63.6 million in cash.
