Perceptron

Atlas Copco agreed to acquire Perceptron, a US supplier of automated metrology solutions, for $7.00 per share, representing an enterprise value of $62.7 million and total purchase price of $68.9 million.

Perceptron was selected by a leading North American automotive manufacturer for a large vehicle program involving four manufacturing plants with over fifteen gauging stations each. Installations start January 2017.
