Enerflex to acquire Mesa Compression's US contract compression business for $106M
Enerflex agreed to acquire the compression business of Mesa Compression, LLC in the United States for $106 million in cash, adding a fleet of about 112,000 hp in the Permian and Scoop/Stack basins.
