Martin Marietta

Martin Marietta has agreed to acquire Lhoist North America (LNA), a lime producer, for $13.5 billion in cash and shares. The deal will make FGI, the Berghmans family holding that owns Lhoist, the largest single shareholder of Martin Marietta.
