AMPO POYAM Valves was awarded a contract to supply more than 600 cryogenic ball valves for the Ruwais LNG project in Al Ruwais Industrial City, Abu Dhabi, developed by ADNOC. The award was announced on October 7, 2026.

Yokogawa has been selected by the JGC Fluor joint venture JFJV2 as main automation contractor for the LNG Canada Phase 2 expansion in Kitimat, British Columbia. The expansion will double capacity from 14 to 28 million metric tons per year.

Doosan Heavy Industries and Construction won the contract for a seawater reverse osmosis desalination plant in Al Sharqiyah, Oman, developed by Asilah Desalination Company with an investment of $203 million. The plant is due to start operation in 2021 and produce nearly 80,000 cubic metres per day.

Baker Hughes, a GE company, won a contract to supply four turbo-compression trains and four turbo-generation units for Eni East Africa's Coral South FLNG facility offshore Mozambique, to be manufactured at its Nuovo Pignone facility in Florence, Italy.

Baker Hughes, a GE company, has been awarded a second major contract for Eni East Africa's Coral South FLNG project offshore Mozambique, to supply turbo-compression trains, turbo-generation units and boil-off gas compressors. The contract was awarded in Q2 2017 by a TechnipFMC and JGC joint venture.

Samsung Heavy Industries, with partners Technip and JGC, won a $2.5 billion contract to build a floating LNG facility for the Coral field off Northern Mozambique, announced on 2 June 2017.

Japanese engineering group JGC won a contract worth about 120 billion yen ($1.05 billion) from Algerian state energy company Sonatrach for natural gas production equipment at the Hassi R'Mel gas field.
