Vishay receives €215M grant for 300mm power-MOSFET fab in Itzehoe
Vishay Siliconix Itzehoe received a €215 million grant from German federal and state governments to upgrade its fab from 200mm to 300mm wafers for power MOSFETs, more than doubling capacity. The funding is under the European Chips Act.
