Mitsubishi Electric to acquire PCI Energy Solutions for $1.4B
Mitsubishi Electric announced it will spend $1.4 billion to acquire PCI Energy Solutions, whose platform manages about 60% of U.S. power generation. The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2026.
