Chery Corporate Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.

Sapura Industrial's unit Sapura Machining Corporation signed a master purchase agreement with Chery Corporate Malaysia to assemble front and rear axle systems for Chery vehicle programmes over four-and-a-half years, valued at RM307 million, to be carried out at a new facility in Bukit Beruntung, Selangor.

Sapura Industrial Berhad's subsidiary Sapura Machining Corporation Sdn. Bhd. signed a Master Purchase Agreement with Chery Corporate Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. to assemble front and rear axle systems for Chery vehicle programs. The contract is valued at approximately RM307 million over 4.5 years and will be performed at a new facility in Bukit Beruntung, Selangor.
