Stilonn Valves and Controls

Aeroflex Enterprises disclosed to the BSE on 23 October 2026 that it has agreed a deal to acquire an equity stake in Stilonn Valves and Controls Private Limited, a valve maker. No deal value was stated.

Aeroflex Neu's board approved a US$2.17M (about $1.68M) purchase of 7.27 lakh equity shares in Stilonn Valves and Controls, lifting its stake to a controlling 51.01%. The deal adds precision industrial valve manufacturing to Aeroflex Neu's portfolio.
