Atlas Copco agreed to acquire Shandong Jinggong Pump, which operates under the Chinco brand, a Zibo-based maker of industrial vacuum pumps and systems with about 100 employees and 2021 revenues of approximately USD 12 million. The acquired company will join the Industrial Vacuum Division. The press release is dated June 2022.
