Scientex to acquire 70% of China's Mintpack flexible packaging maker
Malaysia's Scientex agreed to acquire a 70% stake in Hunan-based flexible plastic packaging producer Mintpack for RMB 167.3 million (about USD 25 million), with completion expected by end-2026.
