Xylem to acquire Cornell Pump and Roper Pump from Indicor for $1.46bn
Xylem has agreed to acquire the Cornell Pump and Roper Pump businesses from Indicor for $1.46 billion, adding slurry, solids-handling and self-priming pumps. Closing is expected in the fourth quarter of 2026.
