Antalis acquires German packaging maker Speidel Verpackungen
French packaging distributor Antalis acquired Speidel Verpackungen, a German maker of custom corrugated and wood and foam packaging with 60 employees and revenue of nearly EUR 17 million. Financial terms were not disclosed.
