Gerresheimer completed the sale of U.S. subsidiary Centor to an affiliate of Apax Partners for about 750 million euros. Proceeds will be used to lower debt.

Gerresheimer sells Centor and Primary Packaging Plastics business to Apax Funds
Gerresheimer agreed to sell Centor US Holding and its global Primary Packaging Plastics business, with 15 plants in nine countries plus Centor's US site, to Apax Funds at an enterprise value of about EUR 1.5 billion. Closings are expected by the end of FY2026 for Centor and in H1 FY2027 for the plastics business.
