Incom completes takeover of Istragrafika packaging plant in Kanfanar, Croatia
Croatian group Incom has completed the takeover of the packaging factory in Kanfanar, formerly GPI Istra and now returning to the Istragrafika name. The plant is export-oriented and Incom plans further modernisation. No deal value is given.
