SATO acquires flexible packaging maker Hiranoya Bussan as wholly-owned subsidiary
SATO Corporation entered a share transfer agreement to acquire all voting shares of Hiranoya Bussan, a Japanese maker of flexible packages such as pouches, to strengthen its smart packaging business.
