MBK Partners to acquire Altemira Holdings from Apollo for ¥117.5bn
Asian private equity firm MBK Partners has agreed to acquire Japanese aluminium packaging and components maker Altemira Holdings from funds managed by Apollo Global Management, in a deal valued at about ¥117.5 billion (US$760 million).
