Invera Flexibles is committing up to $20 million to expand and modernize production capacity at its Edmonton and Laval facilities, which will exceed 150 million pounds of annual capacity upon completion.
PolyExpert and Polykar Industries completed a merger of equals to form Invera Flexibles, a North American flexible packaging maker with over $200 million in combined sales and 350 employees. The company is majority-backed by Kent Road Capital.
