Ingersoll Rand acquires Fox s.r.l. to expand metering and dosing portfolio
Ingersoll Rand Inc. has acquired Fox s.r.l. and XF s.r.l., Milan-based maker of hydropneumatic accumulators and pulsation dampeners, to expand its metering and dosing technologies. The deal was announced on 2026-05-04 at a high single-digit multiple of 2025 Adjusted EBITDA.
