Rolls-Royce buys Cooper Energy Services rotating compressor business for $180M
Rolls-Royce plc bought the rotating compression equipment interests of Cooper Energy Services, part of Cooper Cameron Corporation, based in Mount Vernon, Ohio, for $180 million, gaining full control of the Cooper Rolls joint venture.
