Alltrista Plastics, a Jadex subsidiary, is adding a 25,000 sq ft expansion at its Springfield, Missouri facility for compression blow forming. The project is scheduled for completion in September 2026 and was described as a multimillion-dollar investment.

Altor Solutions, a Compass Diversified subsidiary, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Lifoam Industries, a US maker of temperature-controlled packaging, for an enterprise value of $137 million in cash. The deal is expected to close in September.
