Consolidated Packaging to buy Pro-Pac Packaging's Australian and NZ businesses

Knoxcorp acquires Pro-Pac Packaging's Australian and New Zealand businesses
Australian investor Knoxcorp, through subsidiaries, is buying the Australian and New Zealand continuing businesses of Pro-Pac Packaging from administrator McGrathNicol, excluding the Perfection Packaging unit. Completion is expected in early March 2026 in Australia and by 30 January 2026 in New Zealand.
