Birch Hill Equity Partners to acquire Velan for C$204 million
Birch Hill Equity Partners agreed to buy about 72.1% of industrial valve manufacturer Velan from the Velan family for C$13.10 per share, roughly C$204 million in gross proceeds. Closing is expected in the first half of 2026.
