S.O. Holding acquires Greek packaging maker ADAM PACK from DECA Investments
S.O. Holding S.A. completed the acquisition of ADAM PACK S.A., a Greek producer of gable-top cartons and plastic caps for liquid food packaging. Consilium Capital advised the buyer; the deal value was not disclosed.
